what’s included?
Up to 3 Website Updates Per Month
Submit updates via your dedicated online request form. Requests are handled in priority order and most are completed within 2 business days. If a request will take longer, we will let you know upfront. Urgent requests will be taken care of as quickly as possible.
Examples of minor updates include:
Swaping out images or creating new photo galleries
Adding a blog post, team bio, event listing, testimonials/reviews
Updating menu items, pricing, business hours, contact info
Editing text on any page, adding or fixing links
Creating a seasonal announcement, pop up, announcement bar
If a request falls outside the 3-update scope (ie building a new page from scratch or a larger request) you’ll be quoted separately before doing anything.

30-minute strategy call with Sadie: A dedicated meeting to walk through your site together, talk through ideas for improvements, and map out what the next year of your website should look like.
Backend audit and recommendations: A full look at what's happening under the hood, identifying any technical issues and opportunities to improve how your site performs behind the scenes.
Latest Squarespace features and best practices: The web changes constantly, so we’ll make sure your site is always taking advantage of the newest Squarespace tools, design capabilities, and current best practices.

All update requests are submitted through your dedicated online request form, which you will receive access to when you onboard. Simply fill out what you need, add any relevant files or notes, and submit. Requests are handled in priority order and most are completed within 2 business days. If a request will take longer due to complexity, we will let you know upfront.

Consistent work on your website builds momentum over time. A 12-month commitment means we can do the work properly and it allows us to include your complimentary website refresh at the start of each cycle, which would not be sustainable on a shorter term.

Because this is a 12-month agreement, early cancellation is subject to an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining months on your contract. For example, if you cancel after month 4, you would owe 50% of the remaining 8 months ($600). All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SKC Marketing Agency with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Your plan automatically renews for another 12-month cycle unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date. You will receive a new complimentary website refresh at the start of each renewal cycle.

A website update is any minor change that takes less than 15 minutes to complete: swapping an image, updating a price, editing a paragraph, adding a photo gallery, updating your hours, and so on. Larger work like building a new page, adding a shop, or redesigning a section is considered out of scope and will be quoted separately.

Unused updates do not roll over to the following month. We recommend keeping a running list of small changes so you always get the most out of your plan.

Yes — additional updates beyond the 3 included can be added at $25 per update. We will always confirm before applying any overage charges.

The timing of the annual website audit is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs. The audit can be scheduled at any point during the 12-month membership period based on your business goals, website needs, and priorities.
If the annual audit is completed before the end of the 12-month commitment period, the annual membership investment remains non-refundable. The membership includes ongoing access to website support and resources throughout the full commitment period, regardless of when the audit is used.
